Certificates

Our priority is to manufacture ice cream of the best and consistent quality. As a proof of our efforts, since 2004 we hold certificates of quality systems:

  • The BRC (British Retail Consortium) certificate is a global standard of food safety developed by the British Retail Consortium. The BRC certificate is required by the majority of hypermarkets all over Europe. The BRC specifies a number of requirements that must be fullfilled by a company to provide the highest quality and safety of its products – during the production, packaging, storing and distribution process.

  • International Food Standard (IFS Food) – this standard, concerning food safety, is known all over Europe and the world. It combines the requirements included in ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP and GHP. It defines the requirements that must be met to ensure safety and provide the desired quality of the finished product.
